This is the best American Deli in town. The one on Dogwood or the one on Salem Rd don't have nothing on the Hwy 278 location. The food here is really good!

They left my fries out of my food and then wouldn't answer the phone when I called to complain . Poor management and awful staff .
Service was absolutely terrible. The girl at the front was repeatedly rolling her eyes and had the nastiest attitude. I would say thank you and she wouldn’t say anything and I asked her to change my order and she proceeded to roll her eyes. when my food was ready she said “Your first order is right there.” while rolling her eyes and sitting back in a corner.Disrespectfully, something needs to be done about this place. I don’t care what happened prior if something happened. I shouldn’t deal with a girl (calling her a girl because her attitude is little girl behavior). For reference she was hispanic and maybe like 25, definitely do something about that. And as a store owner @american deli you should be responding to not only the good ratings but the bad ones. Period.

The manager wanted to serve me hard wings and refused to provide me with better customer serviceManager stated “you are a hard customer to please and gave me back my money”.Poor Poor customer service! Will never never go back there again.Also there food score is 80 I see why!
