Went to the new location in town center for lunch with my little one. I was so disappointed. I thought this could possibly be a place to get something quick to eat. Hmm no. Don't think I'll be returning. Soon as I walked in the place was a complete mess and they didn't clean it up until a group of people had walked on. I ordered a Cesar salad which took a full 15 mins just to come out. But I had notice the large group that came in before me had gotten their salad very promptly. My main dish was 6 wings and my son had spaghetti it took them 45 WHOLE mins to bring 6 basic wings out. The server was nice and apologized.

Their manager and employees do not know about their business, they ask us to change tables or leave while we are in the middle of eating our food. Seems this place is only for someone………..

Town Center location took 45 minutes to to serve a pizza and 2 slices. 2 days before couldn't get a calzobe right and took an hour to fix a pizza made incorrectly. Also, too loud!

Food was “ good” cannoli was meh…seemed frozen…service was middle of the road. $80 for two entrees with no protein and one appetizer and one cocktail. They brought us check before We could ask for dessert. Then we couldn’t find the waiter lol he was hanging out with staff in the bar. Not really busy. The pasta I had was really good I just don’t like being rushed. Served with a very small piece of flat bread? Unexpected…. Extremely mid experience. This restaurant has so much possibly because downtown needs a shake up. It’s a great space. Don’t rush people who want to sit and drink!

The service is awful!!!!!!! This is the 2nd time we went there. The pizza is just average. We waited for a pizza for an hour. The first time we went there, it was just the same. We waited too long for just a pizza. We had to go to another waitress to ask for a 2nd round of drinks. We waited 20 minutes just get our ticket to pay. We will NOT be going back. We were there for 2 hours for a large pizza

The food was good, service was good, but pretty expensive for pizza ( watch all the add ons).
So thankful this location is finally open. We had to leave the Monroe location and come here due to an hour wait with half the tables empty. Got here and they were PACKED but we were able to be seated immediately and got our drinks, ordered and had our food way before the Monroe location would have even seated up. Food was GREAT and our waitress never let our cups get empty. Will be coming to this location from now on!
Classic Covington restaurant that has stood the test of time. Great Italian food and some of the better wings in the area. Pizza is solid overall no complaints

While dining in a the new Amici's in the Town Center I also had a to go order. It took the to go order another 30mins to come out AFTER we had finish & paid. And it was only 6 of those big wings.
