I'm sorry to say this location is the worst. After the renovation the service and food went down. The drive through lines are extra long, your likely to not get what you ordered and have to come back to it your meal corrected. The food doesn't taste fresh at all.This is the closest location to me, but I rather drive to another city to get my food fresh and correct. Do better Chic fil A.

What can I say about Chick-fil-A? Either you love it or you don't and I have loved Chick-fil-A sandwiches since the first time I tried one at Lenox square Mall in Atlanta 45 years ago. They are always fresh and delicious at a price I can afford.
Chick-fil-A at this location doesn't not care about the youth generation that they employ on the night shift, they do not treat them equal as employees and allow them to voice there concerns and help them. Customers are not always right please treat the children you employ equal and like young adults. Since the new management the quality and value of chick fil a has gone down

I love that Chick-fil-A Salem Bridge, has a kids playground area. We always have a great experience at this restaurant. The customer service is fast and amazing, very kind people.My favorite meal is the grilled chicken club, nuggets, milkshakes and cookies, everything here is delicious.I will always come back!Vegetarian options: Salads, vegetarian cool wrap, desserts, fruit and drinks.Parking: Enough parking space, and the drive-through service is fast.Kid-friendliness: I love that Chick-fil-A Salem Bridge, has a kids playground area. No Name
Not only was my egg white grill burnt yesterday, but today it was missing and I was given the wrong order instead. Drove all the way home and realized it, they don’t answer the phone, had to drive all the way back for the right order to not be given an apology, refund, points, nothing… this use to be the best chicfila prior to the construction. I rather have the old lane back if that meant the old experience and customer service. I advise all not to just rate low here, but also call corporate and complain so corporate can just take over this franchise like they did Stonecrest. We deserve better and this franchise is nicking their brand.
