Updated to two stars because they gave me a refund but didn’t give three because the person on the phone didn’t care either.Came in to pick up online order. Told the guy at the counter I was here and he went back to where they prepare the mobile orders and said they were working on it. 20 min later I ask the same guy if I could just order since no one was in line at the store and I’ll ask for a refund on my mobile order. Almost always a 5 star transaction, but last time my son got chicken tacos and one of the tacos had no chicken. Weird and probably an honest mistake, but an unhappy son equals 3 stars. Will regrade after our next visit.

The food handling practices could be better and so could the customer service. Although the meal itself was good the preparation was poor. The service is also slow and the location isn’t the cleanest.And they short changed me on the chicken. I paid full price for my burrito bowl and got a skimpy sized serving.
