The lady is very rude and my corn tasted like chemicals they are using a new seasoning on the fish it was dry and spicey it was fried hard and she had a nasty attitude about my complaint and I'm not one to let anyone talk to me like that so I told her she lost another customer she is a rude B$#ch

I've been in Covington for about 17 years now. I like this place a lot more when it was owned by the first owners. They had better attitudes and we're less rude. The food is great though. I don't know who the new lady is, some people say it's TI's mother. That would explain a lot. I don't know though.She's alright sometimes though. I have to give her that. It's just 50/50
I love fish but her attitude in the way she get smart at the mouth wit her customer like baby u ain't the only one wit a business I try to support the people but it be hard like trying to charge for hot sauce wow I got 2 fish plates now if u say more money for tartar sauce ok cool but hot sauce in I just spent good money been spending good cash sending all my folts too u like u can't win like that love fix ur attitude sometimes show ur customer they or welcome make them fell the vibe is here I Wana always come back but after today I will never come back because she Got the worst attitude in the world see why I eat Chinese food or Mexican

Man i was excited but after i got to taste i was Very disappointed. Great portion size but someone needs to introduce them to Obey Seasoning and the fish has a weird odor like it’s about to go bad. Anyway im dumping it in the garbage im not one to go back and ask for refund. I sincerely hope they improve but as of now im Very disappointed.

The food is always great and the prices are reasonable however, the lady who owns this business has some of the worst customer service skills I’ve seen in a while. She seems very on edge or as if customers are irritating her. I’ve witnessed customers simply asking for a more in depth description of the menu which is reasonable and she seemed to be annoyed by having to answer or explain. This place receives a lot of business and it’s understandable why but the attitude makes me dread wanting to order.

I placed an order here and I’m not sure if the boy at the front took down my number wrong or what but I never received a call saying my food was ready. I waited for a while and decided to run across the street in the meantime came back and waited some more and still nothing. He eventually came out and told me it was ready but the owner made a big deal about me missing the call that I never received. Needless to say I don’t like having confrontation especially with the people cooking my food so I will not be returning
