“Took the fam out for dessert after dinner per usual at Scoops, when we entered the store we noticed a little congestion at the front. Come to find out, another customer had thrown up all over their table, booth and floor. The male Scoops employee (Tall brunette) saved the day and cleaned it all up him self. I’m sure he was more than grossed out but he didn’t display that at all. He was so kind to the lady as well. Scoops has an amazing team of kids working for them… but that boy needs a raise ASAP!! ?“
“This is a family favorite that has been passed down from generation to generation. I looked forward to going here as a child and I drive down to Gastonia just for Tony's icecream. Their milkshake never disappoints, the atmosphere is always the same and gives my mom , grams and myself a hint of nostalgia! Love this place“
“Came around 9:30pm, and only drive-thru was open. I've never heard of Freddy's, but a burger sounded good after a long time on the road. The building looked new and bright. The parking lot was clean. I ordered an original steak burger and had a few of my husband's fries. No cheese or ketchup or mustard on my burger. Since I'd never been there before, I didn't dawn on me to ask for these items. So, I ate my burger with raw onion slice, dill pickles, and no cheese or ketchup. The temperature was just warm. The taste of the burger patty tasted exactly like a frozen burger I had last night that I bought at Costco (it was frozen and after 2 min in the microwave, you have a "flame-broiled" burger ready to eat). The fries are thin, like shoestring fries, and have a flavorful seasoning on them. I didn't know that Freddy's has "Fry Sauce" until the end of our meal when I found it at the bottom of the bag.“
“We came into Frio by recommendation of my son and it was great!! I had the maw maw Nana pudding and he had a create your own. The shop was clean, and decorated very nice. Service was great we were greeted with a friendly hello. It was a Sunday afternoon and it was packed. That should speak for itself how good it is.“
