Encountered 2 of the most rude servers before my meal. Waited for 5 minutes at the counter, in front of kaylee without being acknowledged with any type of response. Ignored me. Looking straight at me but ignoring me.Thankfully I was seated by a wonderful lady that stepped up when she saw how I was being dismissed by Kaylee.kaylee was Rude without saying a word to me.

Seated in under 5 minutes. Staff was very friendly. Food was great.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. My autistic granddaughter loves it.Wheelchair accessibility: They do have wheelchair accessible parking , entrance and tables available.
Went for breakfast, our server brought our coffee immediately while we checked out the menu. Food came out hot and fresh. Jassun our server checked on us periodically making sure everything was as expected and if we needed anything else. Restaurant super clean and very bright and appealing.

I can understand the reason why it's more Waffle Houses than IHOPS up here. Yall customer service is trash. Nothing like Miami Ihops. Who ever you have answering the phones, needs to be replaced. I didn't even place my order anymore. I went to Waffle House instead. Smh.

Hostess tried to seat us closer to the front due to me being on crutches...but some I assume was owner or manager made her sit us all the way in the back...fortunately our server was great and helped get me out of the bad mood that individual put me in for being a jerk.
