I ordered wanted to order a med veggie pizza.I was told they only had large.I also wanted a gluten free crust, i was told they didn't have. I am not allergic to gluten but intolerant.But had not ordered at Caesar's for a long time. And unfortunately I ordered. It was nearly room temperature....warm not hot, toppings where very little, I stood and waited for my order to be prepared.Sorry I will not visit Ceasars again.Take outDietary restrictions: Refer to orginal notation

Placed my order on the Little Ceasers app at 5:51. Get to the store little after 6. Said my order was “in the oven”. Waited 15 mins went back into the store. Said my order wasn’t ready so I decided to wait in the lobby for my order. Meantime, I see people walk in, order, wait 10 mins and get their pizzas. Finally after 45 mins I asked where my order was. Apparently they “lost the ticket” and my order was in the oven again. I wanted an hour for 2 basic pizzas that should have been ready in 15 mins. HORRIBLE service. No apology, and the young lady running the counter acts as if this is her first time communicating with the people.

Nice and clean. Customer service was good and food is always fresh and hot. In my opinion this is the best little Caesars in the Covington area. I definitely recommend!Parking: The store is located in a plaza. There are are spaces in front. This is a busy area so be careful!

This discrepancy raises concerns about consistency in service across various branches.The pizza calzone itself, featuring ham, pepperoni, sausage, and bacon, left much to be desired. Its taste profile erred on the side of excessive saltiness, and the texture leaned toward dryness, contributing to an overall unsatisfactory dining experience.I feel compelled to advise against opting for this particular item and instead recommend exploring the customizable options available at Little Caesars. The establishment offers a range of better ingredient choices that allow patrons to tailor their orders to personal preferences. This store has the WORST cashier/ customer service. They got our order wrong and the cashier had the nerve to yell at my husband saying that's what you ordered. You guys need to better train your staff, not everyone is going to take someone yelling in their face. Done with this store!
