I was there about 20 minutes, the cashier was sicky but nice. They had only one cook, and she looked dirty. When I got my chicken and brought it home, it taste horrible. I ordered lemon pepper wings. The other location we got our wings from never taste like that. It taste like it was very old chicken and they just re-cooked it in the oven and the seasoning was too much and the chicken taste like a dead rat.

I placed my order 3 days prior to pick up. I was told twice that it would be ready on Sunday, Dec. 24, 2023 at 4pm sharp!I arrived only to find that my order had not been made.?The workers were nice and apologized. However, it was not their fault. I had to wait for them to look up the order, then make the pies.

I Went to open the door to go in to try it for lunch for the first time. As I walked past 2 people 1 in a uniform smoking, he says to me “we’re closed” I respond “you’re closed” he said “yes” the female worker standing there with pizzas in her hand chuckled. I walk back to my car a lady in a white shirt walks in the door with the other workers and locks the door. Shortly after the lady in the white shirt leaves as well as the female worker gets in her car and leaves with her pizzas. Meanwhile about 15-20 people have walked up and tried to up the door. WTH!

As a customer, I had to listen to the manager literally gripe to me about problems with other customers at the store that has nothing to do with me. Manager showed open signs of being emotionally unprofessional and aggressively agitated by legitimate mistakes made by her staff, and safety concerns with food handling that were addressed by customers present--more specifically the manager was arguing why her staff didn't to wash their hands or wear gloves while making food.Nothing about this location was professional, and now I am genuinely concerned about food handling and health concerns eating here.
