Another mistake I’ll never get back!! Had a bad experience here 2 years ago and nothing has changed. The fries were tasteless and soggy. What happened? This place is awful. From customer service to food quality! Don’t waste your money

Ordered 4 burgers and fries. Asked for the fries to be well done with extra salt. The food was at the window as soon as I pulled up. Fries was no where near warm and they were soft, not well done! I sent them back and the lady at the window touched them and asked for more fries. The second ones was the same as the first ones. She then caught an attitude and asked us to park. After 10 minutes of waiting we realized they didn’t bring the fries yet. So we went in to give what is now cold burgers back and ask for refund. The manager snatched my boyfriend’s card out his hand with an attitude. If you don’t like your job then you shouldn’t be working there. We were very polite and explained how we wanted our food from the beginning only to end with such rude customer service. It’s sad. Hopefully they raise the bar with their employees and managers because right now all they’re doing is running people away.

The staff was disrespectful and would not take any orders other than the mobile orders already placed, just because they quote "didn't want to deal with all the people in the line." It does not matter if you don't want to deal with people, it is your job to provide service! So there for McDonald's at brown bridge and Salem, just lost a lot of business tonight as usual. This happens all the time.

Time in this MCDONALD'S drive-through is why they call it fast food. It doesn't matter if the line is 4 cars back from the ordering station, you gonna be out the line just as quick as you got in it. And don't worry about opening your bag to count how many fries they gave you, bc it's gonna be right. I LOVE THIS MCDONALD'S ❤️

Breakfast sandwiches have stale buns early in the morning. If you go later (9 to 10am) they are fresher. Problem is, I like to eat early. I believe they are using up yesterday’s muffins and after they have - you can get a fresh sandwich. Please fix this!
