Walking in I got a warm family welcome and was embraced in rich African culture. The food was falling off the bone and the spices and the ambrosial fragrance of Cajun and herbs had me encapsulated in the experience. Owner/Chef and Jackeem-mykal were wonderful at helping my friends feel comfortable & welcomed. This was a bit out of their comfort zone, or so they thought. They felt at home very quickly here. Jackeem-mykal knew all the dishes well, plus the cocktails, so he walked them through each and helped them pick a meal they thoroughly enjoyed. My visit with my girlfriends who came from out of town and Musulyn’s did not disappoint! We all enjoyed the food. It was very flavorful and served with a smile. The chef came out and spoke with us personally. The only issue was that the air vent was blowing really cool air out directly on us.
