The lil young lady with her braids in a bun…my receipt says Trinity . Seems to be bothered because a customer walks in. She does not speak. She gets up from being in her phone and says “you picking up or placing”? I said I’m placing an order. She never makes eye contact , never smile, dragging her feet around. If I had a business I would not want this to be the first thing my customers see. Shane it’s time for some customer service training. My food was good.

Wife and I went to this location in Covington at 7:38p. We ordered the Tuesday special, big dad sandwich, potato chips with 20 Oz drink. The Big Dad sandwich had to much fat on it and not warm at all. Had to throw half of it away. When we went to get our refill on the Peach tea and sweet tea before we left at 8:05p was told no more tea available.

Save your money and find somewhere else to go. We’ve been here twice and the first time the ribs were so try you couldn’t chew them. Food was also cold. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back but this time they forgot each side in each of the meals I ordered. My fault for not checking but I was in a hurry and the bag was tied up. Got home they’re missing and the boneless wings were dry and weren’t even chewable and the tenders were cold and tasted like they were re used. Called up there and told them I wasn’t coming back because I had just got home they said they would give two free meals for the inconveniences but a week and a half later call them to get them and they said they couldn’t do it only the sides. Won’t ever go back here. Go some place else. The wing place in that same plaza is way better, more food and a whole lot nicer.

I'm giving 2 stars because each time I've tried this place, the teen girls at the register is always pleasant! But the food? Oh no. No, thank you. Tastes like microwaved food. Ribs are not good. Greasy, fatty, and unseasoned. I should taste the meat, not just the BBQ sauce that's slathered on.

Greasy table, greasy burger, real sweet server/manager. I would love to give them our business as they are very convenient to us. Whatever they clean their tables with doesn't seem to be working.
***UPDATE***I spoke to the manager on 12/14 who was amazing in how she handled everything when we spoke. I will definitely go back because of her. My daughter and I went in that evening and met with her and really enjoyed talking with her and hope the next time I go back, she is there. I give her store 5 stars. The other young lady who was a shift lead is now trained in refunds, which will definitely help in any future incidents.I went in 12/12/2023. I had an order around 515 or 530 for a pick-up at 815. I ordered their chicken tender special and a small peach cobbler. My order was not ready, and I had to wait at least 15 mins for my order. The girl with glasses at the register could care less if I or any other customer was in the store. She not only had a bad attitude but was also extremely rude and disrespectful. When my food did finally come out, I was missing my cobbler when I told her she said we are out of cobbler. We have brownies. I told her I wanted a refund, and she just walked off. At this point, I am now getting frustrated. I go to the counter bc she is in the back, and another young lady is at the register, who I was told was a manager. I explained to her I wanted a refund for the cobbler and she then goes to the back and she comes back and tells me I will have to call back and speak to a manager to get a refund. Come to find out there was no manager. In the meantime, my daughter overhears the rude cashier with the glasses talking about me to other customers in don't of other customers. My daughter told her she would recommend if she cares about her job that she not talk about her customers like that and her response was pssssh I don't care and walked to the back in which my daughter could see her back there running her mouth even more. This is not an employee I would have working any establishment I ran. I have never had to deal with this level of disrespect. I will be calling them today, and I did email corporate, which I have not gotten a response, which is why I posted a review.Parking: Nothing
