The employees here are clueless. They have no idea what they’re doing or about the sandwiches they’re making. They only had white and wheat bread, and the last time I tried this location that was all they had then too. So I guess they only make those 2 breads? The worst two breads subway offers.. their fountain drinks come out just straight foam so they are flat if you can manage to actually fill the cup up. One employee sitting at a table was talking bad about the previous customer to the employees behind the counter openly where everyone can hear. The guy was only upset because they couldn’t figure out how to use the register to take his payment.

Just like the Walmart it is in. This Subway was a disappointment. The sandwich I got. The lettuce was soured, the mayo was slapped on a ton ! Cucumbers were bad. All in all avoid this one.

The manager left the employee all by himself and not helped him with the line very busy. He did all can do to help one customer at a time. The manager is not being fair at all. Somebody needs to make him manager.

Don’t order on the app with these guys, if it’s more then they want to make they will not make it. They will tell the app your order is done but when you come. The kids will say they never got the order. Found out they lied to me about my food and I can’t get a refund. Had to calm down and remember $50 is not worth going to jail.

Terrible experience. Went on August 6th around 345 to pick up a mobile order. No workers even acknowledged me. They were cutting up and joking around. I asked the status of the order, and they l looked at me like I was an inconvenience.I ordered double ham (3 dollars extra) but got home to notice they did not give me double ham. Not only that, but one of the workers were dropping F bombs in front of CHILDREN. Management needs to GET IT TOGETHER.

They are awesome!!!! Excellent service and best subway in Covington!! So clean and they really take the time to make your food but there fast at the same time and extremely understanding.

Soooo... I'm never going to this Subway again. I don't know who taught the woman that was working when I came, but she needs retrained. I ordered a cold cut & got literally 6 thin slices of meat on a footlong sandwich (couldn't even tell it was on there at all). Their bread was so skinny, it was on the verge of being a pretzel twist. We were there for maybe 15 minutes, and we were the only ones in line up until the last 5.

Very slow, took over 30 minutes to get a sub with only 2 people in front of us, also a Walmart employee cut in front of us after they started making our sandwich, apparently you can bring your own bread from home and they will make you a sandwich, I believe it unsanitary to take bread from someone and use that instead of the bread subway makes, the lady that was making our subs kept stopping to have conversations with other employee, also the floor behind counter was really dirty, maybe it's time for the health inspector to pay this location a visit, horrible service and subs were given to the dog

The customer service is okay but extremely slow. Took over twenty five minutes for 4 cold sandwiches! On Sunday they should have more then one employee working !

Would love to give a negative srat review. Two people ahead of me and I stood in line for 40 mins for two footlong sandwiches which the lady forgot what she had just made for me. When ringing up my order she asked me what meats were on the subs. One guy was there with her making bread and standing around on his phone. She got my cheese wrong on one sandwich, but I'm not that picky about the cheese. The bread was mutilated where she unevenly it for the sandwich Ingredients. This place used to be banging. It's sad this is what a lot of places have reverted to. Can't even do the bare minimum of their jobs. ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!!!!

Paid 50 dollars due to incompetent employees unable to figure out how to use a coupon then they had the audacity to tell me they couldn't toast the bread to my toasted sandwich that I ordered.They're also open, not closed, but they SHOULD be closed. Total disappointment. I expected the base minimum and you failed to get close to standard expectations.Absolutely sad. You owe me 50 dollars.
