The worst ever. Let’s see I walk in only not to be greeted what so ever. I place my food order and wait for my food. While I am waiting the employees are playing with the manger throwing things at each other and cussing. Then I get my food only to set the food down on the table to see that there is not one clean table in the place. So I had to wipe the table off. Then go to the rest room that looks like a homeless man has done bathed in there for years to find that there is no soap what so ever. Um so how are the employees washing their hands. I should have left. Set down to a 25.00 dollar order only to find the food is cold has been thrown together, sloppily. The Chalupa‘s were harder than rocks, like they had been there all day. Soon as I got home, I faced the dreaded food poisoning, headache, and throwing up so I’m quite sure your food is not kept at temperatures. I did, however, complain with health department about the conditions at this Taco Bell. Better management and should probably fire the entire staff I work in the food industry GM and I would def not go for this. This place should be shut down
I came through on the night/ morning of March 17/18th.GREAT JOB NIGHT CREW!!! Covington Taco Bell on Hwy142 (Across from Industrial Walmart). When you get off work at 2:30 in the morning and you're hungry and don't like the food where you work, Taco Bell's a great spot to go. What makes it better is when you have three people in front of you and your food is still ready by the time you get to the window. From pull up to pull off.... less than 10 minutes.

For the love of GOD, don’t use this location. I usually don’t for good reason, but I slipped tonight. Last time I swear! Almost a $60 order crammed into one bag. Right off the bat I know at least dessert was missed, go back in for that. Get all the way home 25 minutes and 25% of the order missing and another 25% pay extra for add ons is wrong and missing. Great freaking job folks! Now I know why it was all crammed in one bag! Y’all are scammers to the T. I will dispute half the charges and you’ll never get my business again! Spoke to “mgr” Kaleigh, useless. 2 minute conversation, not 1 apology just yes ma’am in a bored voice and what was missing. Where is the zero star options?!

Come in on 02/24/24 at 8:45 am and placed my order at the speaker, when I placed the order for a breakfast crunch wrap and then a crunch rap supreme I was told by the lady at the window they were serving breakfast only. When two weeks prior my wife and I have stopped at this exact same location on the way home pretty much the same time give or take 5-10 minutes and offOrdered 5 tacos, a quesadilla and gordita and the gentlemen had no issue what so ever fulfilling the order. So I'm confused do you only serve breakfast food at this time and the gentlemen went above and beyond or did the lady at the window lie and just didn't feel like doing her job.
I can't understand why they can't service a drive through window properly. They have to take one car"s order, completely prepare the food, get paid, and give them the food before they can proceed to taking the next car's order at the speaker. There is NEVER a car between the speaker and the window. Isn't the idea to be preparing orders as people move forward in the line? They are incapable of running the drive thru properly.

This place is awful. The lady that took our order doesn't have a single kind bone in her body. The cooks don't give a damn about what gets thrown in the bag. Missing food and condiments. Close it down and make a chic-fil-a.

Man, this has to be the slowest Taco Bell in all of America. They are slow inside and at the drive-through...and no, it's not just during rush times. I've been there when I was the only one there, and it still took a long time.

Its Taco Bell.... not fine dining. But I expect to make it through the drive through in less than 5 min when there is nobody else in line. The past few times I have been here it takes 15-20 min from pulling up to the speaker to leaving with my 3 soft tacos. On top of that the prices have gotten way out of hand.
