We called in our order, we were told 45 minutes. We showed up 55 minutes later and STILL had to wait. We paid $4.99 for the sides, which came in two separate 5.5 containers- my one container was gone in three bites, it was Mac and cheese made with Velveeta ? , not worth $4.99 ?. These baked beans are ? TOO sweet with cinnamon and nutmeg. Ribtips were tough and the bbq sauce was nasty. We gave it a try, but will not return. And I’m still hungry ?***Response to owner ***What was rude about asking why my preorder wasn’t ready? We called, we waited the 45 minutes, then drove over to wait some more time and because I ask why the order isn’t ready, I'm rude? No, I expect decent customer service when I’m spending my money. There was only one other customer there, whose order was incorrect and had to be corrected. Why not address why the tips were so TOUGH? Or why the side portion sizes and prices do not match. It doesn’t matter what the chain restaurants do, you are not them. Or why you cut corners using Velvetta or why you dress up the Bush’s beans with so much cinnamon and nutmeg? Bottom line, we wanted BBQ, gave you a try, it was not good, we could not finish the meal, and will not return. As a business owner, stay professional and receive criticism to learn. Do not attack customers. You block blessings being petty and rude.

Man I pass this place so many times an my husband wanted bbq today. And lord knows I will be stopping more often. Best bbq sandwiches I have had in a looooong time definitely a 10 out of 10 the sandwich was so big you could make 2 out of 1 and I don't know what in thr bbq sauce but it was delicious I recommend you get extra sauce for the sandwich an the customer service was exceptional. See yall again soon and I mean maybe tomorrow

I won’t be back! If you are going to serve a pork sandwich, you need to be careful not to get the hard knuckle or cartilage in the mix. I had to take the sandwich apart in order to “find” these hard pieces of “meat”.I make better bbq at home and for way less than I spent here. Food is average at best.I got there after placing my order online and still had to tell them what I ordered. On top of that, it was much longer than the 15 minute wait time as noted on my order.

I’ve tried this place back in 2021 and I liked it then. I was hoping he would get a great break behind him. Such a hard working guy who can make a darn good rib!!! I was super excited to come and check out the new and improved restaurant!! Food is ALWAYS fresh. Service is friendly! I felt like I was at my family cookout lol Yall gotta come pig out at the pig out. Moved from covington years ago. but this place is always worth the drive. And the refills are free for dine ins!!!

We ordered ribs, chicken, baked beans & potatoesalad. The chicken & ribs were juicy & tender seasoned & smoked to perfection ? baked beans a potato salad was on point. Everything was so flipping delicious. We are now lifetime customers " The Pig Out Memphis style BBQ is NOW our number 1 spot in covington GA. The owner & staff was friendly & courteous A ++++++++

First time stopping of Re Reopening. Craving sum bbq for a few days. Had to order everything separately because there wasn’t a chicken leg quarter combo or any chicken combo like all the other meats. The chicken was burnt dry., the baked beans had a bad after taste of garlic which I didn’t like. The potato salad was appeasing non the less, only 1 small piece of bread given , the paper plates weren’t plates but paper saucers too small for the food. Tried the special tips which in my opinion weren’t fall off the bone or braggable they had a lighter fluid taste to them which I didn’t like. Customer service needs to top priority in my opinion. When a customer ask if you have an item the answer shouldn’t be you’re in a bbq joint why would we have it. There wasn’t any unsweetened or sugar free items. Maybe I came on a bad day. All in all I wasn’t pleased with anything but the potato salad. The bar stools were too small for an average adult. The music was nice though.Dietary restrictions: Doesn’t have different sweeteners.
