Your customer service is unmatched anywhere in Covington. Everyone is just amazing and makes it a joy to order food from you all. NOW Wendys, you all have started something with this dreams ice frosty. It tastes like my childhood is calling me to grab my bike and chase the icecream truck. For anyone who has not tried it yet, don't walk! Run!! Like now. Not like, love!!! It tastes so good!

This location has gone through to many staff changes. The people they hire aren't friendly. They come across as if they don't want to be there. There is something almost always wrong with the order. I won't be ordering here anymore.

Just paid $16 for inedible food. They've apparently made the operational decision to stop cooking fresh food at a certain time. I got there an hour before closing. I ordered chicken nuggets and a bacon double stack combo. I could tell when she handed me the bag that their oil is stale. On top of the stale oil smell, the nuggets had clearly been sitting for a while. They were greasy and oily. Fries were cold and dry. She gave me a double cheeseburger, no bacon. The beef was undercooked and was obviously microwaved. Won't be back here.

Ordered a Caesar and a Cobb salad. Paid 17.50 and moved to pickup. He handed and thanked me. I checked no Caesar salad. He went back and returned saying they had no Caesar salad left. So said give another Cobb. After waiting we got a Cobb but bag had no crotons , had to ask for plastic ware.How do they justify the price, horrible service and now the loss of customers.

Okay, first off the gentleman I dealt with was very nice and apologized about everything. BUT… I set at the drive thru intercom for at least 10 minutes before anyone took my order. Drove to the window got the food from a young lady that said nothing when I said thank you. Didn’t get my second sweet tea until the gentleman hung out the window wondering what was wrong. I told him about the tea and after he checked he gave me the tea and apologized. When I got home found out I had two baconator and not Dave’s doubles… sigh.

We plus 4 cars were not allowed to order in drive thru. Inside when I pulled up to window I got a guys attention he told the girl that supposed to take orders. She just told him she was busy. The manager I think small black older lady and 3 others were at front counter looking at register. I saw 2 more in cooking area. They never came to get order. Me and 3 other vehicles left while I was there at 5 o’clock evening 1/10/24.

Make sure you check that you have everything in the bag. We got home, and our large order of chicken tenders was missing. Waste of money. It was too far to drive back.
