Place is dirty, staff have no idea what's going on, drink was charged and then told it was unavailable but cashier caught attitude instead of a refund. Folks waited 40 mins for the wrong food to be handed to them. Dave would roll over in his grave.

Manager this morning 02/24/24 needs to be retrained on customer service we walked in to the complete unlocked front end at 8:41 am and she proceeded to tell us that the front wasn't open till 9 and when asked if that meant like getting food to go or meant that the dinner room it self she proceeded to get an attitude and walk off saying shell get a register till. I have run a restaurant and know that is a very poor way to handle a situation. So my wife and I left so you lost a sale and I won't come back

As soon as i walked in, they refused to take our order at the register and directed us to the kiosk even though there was nobody in the store or in the drive thru. My food was utterly disgusting, as well as the sorry excuse of a coffee that they gave me. I basically paid for absolutely no food or drink. Thank you Wendy’s, I will not return to this location for anything.

They get your orders wrong half of the time and the food is disgusting, and not just because it's fast food. Fries look older, drier than any fries I've had from other locations. Just gave up on this spot recently and I won't be returning.

Yall are not for customer service. All other places serve coffee all day, but you can't serve your frosty cold brew after breakfast because you stop making coffee. Ridiculous. And then we go at breakfast to get one, it's on the menu, but tell us you don't have them. You have lost my business. Customer satisfaction is dead.
