There needs to be an intervention at this location they don’t change the oil the fries are fried in. My fries tasted like old grease and my hamburger wasn’t fresh. Why is it that the restaurants on Salem Road are substandard but you can go over to Town Center Drive in Covington and the food quality and customer service are 360 degrees different?

The only way to get a burger made correctly here, including a remake, would be to go into the kitchen and do it yourself! ?♀️?? On top of that the last three times I was there the employees were.. talking smack about customers, fighting amongst themselves INCLUDING A SUPERVISOR degrading an employee in front of the customers for doing his dang job!They also were handing food without gloves while running the register and cleaning!! ??? Not ever, NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN! ???

Returned today (Good Friday) for a Crispy Fish Sandwich. Much improved from my last visit. Every was hot and fresh. If it matters, went during the 3pm hour.

I literally just had to walked out I was at the register for5-10 minutes ready to place my order and I made EYE CONTACT with at least 4 employees and one looked like a managed abs NO ONE acknowledged me standing there. This is an example of POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

The food is ok nothing to brag about. You know what you're getting when you go to a fast food restaurant. Too many times though the people who are taking the orders have a bad attitude.
Went for breakfast but the lobby was closed. Went thru the drive thru where there was no line but I still had to wait about 5 minutes for a sandwich. It was a baconator breakfast sandwich but they acted like they didn't know what that was. I also got a small cup of the worst coffee I've had in years. Yeah, I won't be going back there for breakfast again...

I run doordash. They have the dining room closed. No fast way to get mobile orders. The customers the strike against me for the food being late when it's really the restaurant fault for me not being able to gine better service. I don't think you deserve one star because I took the hit for the food being late and lost my tips when it was your fault. I will never take another door dash for your restaurant again. Your customers can come and wait at your slow drive thru and get to their cold food
