Good place for burgers, wings, and fried rice. I realize it's a crazy combo but they do pull it off. Friendly staff as well.

Went for the first time last weekend. Pretty good amount of people in there so we thought it would be good. So first, the workers could be more inviting/friendly with the customer. They need an intercom. Nobody can hear the orders for pickup without standing directly at the counter. The girl calling out orders was not talking loud enough to drown out the conversations and the music videos on the tv. The food was lack luster. My double double was small and just okay and the philly was dry

I wanted to have something new and I had been looking at this place for a few weeks and finally had the opportunity to try them out. The vibe of the place was very casual and the wall art was interesting. But I came for the food, so I ordered lemon pepper wings and a Philly cheese steak. The food is made to order so there was a wait. After about 15 minutes they called me to the counter to check out my food. It looked ok so I took it and headed to my car. Once in the car I found that my crispy fries were soft and the cheese steak was kinda on the small size. I drove home and munched on the fries as I drove. The wings were just ok. The cheese steak was definitely not ribeye and had an off taste, kinda like freezer burn. With all of the wing places around I probably won't go back to this place again.

If I could give this place a negative (-5) star rating I would, lol. MY FAMILY WAS DISGUSTED WITH THE FOOD. I ordered 20 piece wings ALL FLATS (10 Hot with Lemon Pepper/10 Honey Garlic), 10 piece wings (Honey Lemon Pepper), Cheesesteak Sub with Onion Rings and a side order of House Rice. I called this order in for pick-up. I arrived at the location, checked my food... 20 piece wings were not All Flats, 10 piece wings didn't have any sauce on them, lol, so they presented plain wings to me when I ordered Honey Lemon Pepper. Took the 10 piece wings to the back and tasted like they just threw lemon juice on them and did a fairy dust sprinkle of lemon pepper seasoning, lol... the House Rice had zero flavor and tasted very off and bland... the Cheesesteak sub was nasty as were the Onion Rings... the only that was half way decent were the wings... My husband was so upset he wanted to drive back to bring the food to the restaurant but we figured it be best to leave a review detailing our experience. Oh! almost forgot, the young lady behind the counter kept trying to give me a drink even though I didn't order one.... so, I give in and take the cup, I proceed to walk over to the beverage machine area, I put ice in the cup and pick Sprite for the beverage, I hit the button and I kid you not!.... a freaking squirt of soda came out then it showed 'Unavailable'... I then choose the option for the Root Beer ('Unavailable')... Orange Fanta ('Unavailable')... everything was Unavailable except the Zero flavored beverages. I just gave the cup back and said, \"Thanks but you don't have any beverages available'... and I laughed my way out the door and back to my car.... Pretty please do not waste you hard earned money and time on this place. They obviously do not care about retaining customers. Rating -10 times a million... Horrible.

I normally don’t bother with leaving reviews on bad service. But the customer service at the place was beyond awful. The gentleman taking my order wasn’t even listening to me while taking it. Which lead it being wrong when given to me. I simply asked for my money back and was given a difficult time about a refund. I no mistake happen from time to time. But you never should make your customers feel like their wrong. On another note. If you’re employees are texting people while trying to take your order. Mistakes are going to continue to happen.

I decided to give this place one last try and never again. The service is HORRIBLE and they take FOREVER!!!! I tried some bacon ranch fries with cheese and they didn’t add cheese so the cashier took it back to the kitchen and they poured so much cheese you could barely see the fries and to make it worse the cheese was cold! When we said something about it they didn’t care. To get good service I guess I needed to be a young hot male bc the 2 young girls immediately treated them like royalty when they came in. My cousins order took forever and when she asked how long it would be the girl acted as if she was being bothered and annoyed with us asking. She didn’t even know what it was or that we hadn’t received it. You can’t call or even speak to a manager so this was my only option to get someone’s attention. I’m actually surprised they’re still open but if some changes aren’t made soon they will lose all of their customers.
