As far as fast food goes, this is one of my most visited options for the amount of food you get for the price (though Zaxby's has always been a bit pricey). This location is kind of hit or miss as far as how busy they are and how long the drive-thru takes, but they're usually fairly consistent with the food. However, sometimes they'll count the smallest little piece of chicken as one of your 4- or 5-piece meal, while occasionally I'll get a whole extra piece. So I guess it balances out? ha

This is the worst zaxbys you could possibly go to in Covington they have very nasty attitudes and on top of that they have people in that store lying like they the manager when they not. I called in to tell them they was missing items from my meal and the person I spoke to wanted to argue. If you can’t give good customer service and give people what they paid for then give them their refund. You can do something as simple as ask for extra sauce and they still give you attitude it’s crazy.
Hands down the best Zaxbys I’ve been to in a while !Food was great (other than being out of Nuclear) soda machine actually worked, the staff was friendly and service was great overall!

Went through the drive thru today and it was super fast!
Don’t let the pic fool you. I was barely able to bite or chew one bite enough to swallow it because it was either cooked too long or was probably old and had been sitting out. Either way I know not to get one from them again. It was only 1:00 in the afternoon so why was it so hard?

When we arrived, there were tons of people in line at the drive thru in addition to waiting inside. Despite this, the employees were able to quickly assist us all. The wait time was also pretty short considering how busy they were.
