Order was 100% incorrect. Went through the drive thru and ordered a Steak Biscuit and a Sausage Biscuit and got 2 Cajun Chicken Biscuits. Seems like a reoccurring problem at this location. Check your orders before you pull away from the window or you will be disappointed. Wasted stop, money and food.

So it took a bit longer than 20 minutes to get my food, which I was about to just ask for my money back since my lunch break is only 30 minutes. The biscuit was okay, nothing special, but nothing bad. The fries were over seasoned, but it's always like that at bojangles, in my opinion. It's my own fault. I usually ask with no seasoning, but I forgot to this time. The Mac and cheese was lukewarm it's never burning hot in other locations I've been to, but it's never been this temperature. If I had eaten there, I would have just asked for a refund on the Mac and cheese, but I had already left and was at work when I ate my meal. Most likely, I'll give it another chance in the future since the Gainesville location is closed, so this one is nearest to me.

After avoiding this location for over a year, my family decided to give it another try. What a bad decision. This location is a joke. WHY DOES THE OWNER NOT CARE ABOUT THIS?!! There are so many bad reviews, yet nothing is obviously changing! Our food took forever (20 minutes of waiting)- there were people coming in constantly complaining about not getting their order correct in the drive thru, the employees were yelling at each other…the floor was filthy. Oh, and we were one of only two groups eating inside- so the dining area was not busy. I just honestly can’t believe a business can run this way. SAVE yourself the disappointment, and go down the street to Dairy Queen, or the awesome Burger King on Browns Bridge- this place doesn’t deserve your time. This location needs a complete makeover!!!!!!

I used to not have good service when going on Sunday mornings... but now a days with CeCe running the show in the past recent months it has been a huge difference...she is on Top Of The Staff and keeping the flow going pretty good. This Sunday morning I went inside my family order and saw her in action. She is a calm , cool, manager and I can tell her Staff follows her lead. 5 Stars Service, 5 Stars Food it was great, and 5 Stars for the inside Service Customers appeared Satisfied. And THESE DAYS it's hard enough to have even decent service let alone the rest of the experience in the food service industry.

They’ll get your order right 50% of the time. I don’t know how you can hear “chicken supreme tender combo w/ honey mustard ” and give a two piece bone-in combo with no sauce. Disappointed and sauceless.

I am not exaggerating at all, this is the best chicken I have ever ate in my life cook well done all the way to the Bone taste throughout the whole chicken the skin all the way to the Bone. If my teeth was not so bad I probably would have ate the bone. Crunchy on the outside juicy and tender on the inside. I wish I lived closer to this restaurant.

Garbage staff and service, doesn't even have chicken ready at the middle of the day on a thursday. Should you try to accomodate and supplement your order with tenders they'll take your money then not make your food and act confused when you want a refund after 20 minutes of them doing nothing.Whole restaurant is incompetent, spend your money at Popeyes down the road instead.

Understaffed and disorganized equals inefficient. Went inside because the drive thru love was wrapped around the building. It took 24 minutes to get biscuits to go.
