I tried their cake for the first time for my daughter's birthday, and it exceeded my expectations. The chocolate drizzle, vanilla ice cream, yellow cake, and caramel filling combination was a hit among our guests – everyone enjoyed more than one slice of the delicious and creamy cake.

Ordered butter pecan, it was ok could have had more pecans in it and a little more buttery flavor to it but sufficient.

The ice cream is fine, but their milkshakes are terrible. It probably depends on the worker, but twice I've gotten a runny, icy milkshake. Disappointing

This is a local haunt of ice cream lovers (like myself), which seems to include local teens too.Which is hardly surprising, given its centrally located, it has a good choice of ice cream (for both two and four legged lovers of ice cream). And is decently priced. The staff is also cordial.All in all, if you are in the area and craving for ice cream, this is where you need to head.

Popped over here after dinner at the Collection. It was around 7, so not so super busy but still a brief wait. Allyson was super helpful when I had some questions, and was patient while I was making my choices.I was basically picking up a couple quarts so that my family would enjoy whatever flavor they wanted. Went with the Key Lime Pie (that I planned on hiding from everyone), and the Coconut Cream Pie that I know my parents would enjoy immensely.Thanks to Allyson for putting up with my indecision and also churning out my order so quickly. This location is further away than our usual Brusters but this is larger, better staffed, and I will be back here from now on.Thanks to the team here and especially Allyson for spectacular service and patience. We will be back!

Stopped by last night and saw these very unique flavors available ! I got a scoop of the Paan and Kesar Pista! Both were very very good and way different! I'll have to come back and try all the Indian Inspired flavors! The staff are always super friendly and always offer my dogs pup cups Tip - Get the APP for points and deals! I noticed the seating outside was expanded and now has kids toys !
Brusters honesty is always great for hand dipped ice cream. I never have an issue!

Well you better not get your heart set on ice cream anywhere close to closing because they close when they feel like it. Google ad said 10:30 on Saturday nite but they were closed at 9:30 and there were lots of cars driving around the store looking for them to be open. Disappointed.

Who doesn't love ice cream? (Sorry lactose intolerant ppl) I am normally a big fan of Bruster's however as you can see from the scoops pictured, we received ours already melting, and the quantity was much less than we get at other locations. I like harder ice cream, not half melted scoops like what we received. Makes you wonder if they aren't keeping the freezer temps cold enough. I feel like you don't get the same amount as you do when the scoops are hard and defined. From the looks of it, most of our scoops must've had ice cream stuck to the inside of the ice cream scooper, so we were shorted part of the scoop as you can see in the pictures. For the price, we will just drive to a different location next time.

We are a regular at this store, and always have a great experience. BUT all of this changed tonight. I am so upset that I am writing this review right from the car. We were a group of 6, and took 3 total samples, before being DISCIPLINED by the staff on how this was our last sample. I was horrified at how rude the lady was. In addition to being rude, the lady had no knowledge of ingredients and flavors. She really did ruin this evening for us. Never going here again.
