Their chicken wraps are delicious and the perfect size. I am so glad someone brought back the "snack-sized" / light lunch sized, reasonably priced chicken wraps. Kudos to BK for that!The service at this location is amazing, especially the guy I usually see in the drive through on my lunch break throughout the week. He does his job well, is friendly, and funny! I look forward to coming here due to the speed of service and his personality alone, and the food being wonderful is a plus!Also, I tried a bacon cheeseburger with ketchup and mayo recently, expecting to be disappointed (because usually I am at other locations), and it was the best fast food burger from the value menu that I have had in probably a decade. ?

The burger is flavorful, though it's small. But for the price, that's fair. The thick-cut fries were lightly salted, just to my preference. I still miss the flame grilled burger that launched years ago. Wish it would come back someday.

I ate at this location a year ago, October 6th to be exact. Ordered a Southwest Whopper from their app for pickup. When I got my food I received a REGULAR whopper. The guy working there had a white-boy afro, overall looks like a dirty stoner and he then told me that they discontinued the item. I calmly said “you should have said that to me before giving me a sandwich of lesser value”. He then proceeded to throw a temper tantrum, yelling, screaming, and cussing. Obviously, he’s not a real man but what really pissed me off is this location’s lack of response to the situation after contacting BK Corporate of this. Before this, they were great. Now, you can’t trust whether or not their staff may have a temper tantrum and spit in your food.

I have been meaning to leave a review for months now! But now at last I got time and I want to share that this place is amazing! The food is always fresh and hot! The customer service is phenomenal! So polite, patient, and professional! Drive thru window is clean and tidy! They are kid friendly even in the drive thru they make sure we have what we need! Best BBK EVER! Keep up the good work!
