All Chick-Fil-A's are packed. Why can't this location figure out how to move people through the drive through? I drive to a location further away to avoid the frustration. I wish they would figure out how to make their location work, though...

Since Covid started in 2020, this location has adapted to handle their tremendous volume. If you are unfamiliar with this location they have always had so many customers. If you are put off by the long line , go to the KFC that is less than 100 feet away.. Very soon a new location will be opened, and most likely squash the delays that currently plague this location.. Their food is always consistent.. sometimes it is off and most of the time it is on point.

Line is always a mile long and can't go inside to order. They don't have online order/pickup at this location either.

I have nothing good to say about this restaurant. First of all the wait was 15 minute in the to go line. My fries were under done and cold and I didn't even get what I ordered, I had ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese and I had gotten the regular chicken sandwich with no cheese. Secondly they automatically charged me for a meal that I didn't want. so no I don't recommend this place, it was underwhelming and kind of a waste of time and money, I would rate it 0 stars if I could.

This is the worst free standing Chick-fil-a I've ever visited. They are struggling... bad! The only time I've had a worse experience at a CFA is in most airport locations.

Worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. I know we’re all spoiled with how fast and efficient most Chick-fil-A’s are compared to other fast food, but this place is ridiculously slow. Went at an off hour and I’ve been waiting close to 20 minutes already (I’m writing this in line and only half way through). The storefront window says their hiring for a new restaurant and I see one on the map opening in April. I really hope the new one is better than this one!!! Also, inside the chairs look all worn and nasty. That’s not new wear and tear. Just shows this place hasn’t been kept up like all the others.

This Chick-fil-A has tanked and gone all the way down hill. Save your time and go to exit 13 at the collection. The owner doesn’t care about staffing his restaurant or the timeliness of orders. Food is always wrong and their speed of service sis abysmal. Could have gone to a sit down restaurant and ate faster than this drive thru only line (they refuse to open the lobby or allow for curbside).

Ridiculous. Ordered two #1 meals. Got home and there was only one sandwich in the bag. It's not like the order was complex or large enough for an item to get lost in the shuffle. I will not go back to this location. And from the looks of the other reviews, I'm not the only one. I'll just go to the one at the Collections. It has much better service.

JOY , JOY , JOY , JOY what can I say she made my day she gave me the best hug I've had in a long time being an ironworker welder it has been a long day I came in to get lunch and she made it a wonderful experience I'm almost willing to drive to 30 miles from East Cobb just to come to this Chick-fil-A location just so I can see Joy again. Her simple kind act really made my day
This place is awful!!!! waited more than an 1 hour i dropped my parents at a close by restaurant named Los Rios which i highly recommend it .... but Chick Fil A definitely bad service my parents order their dinner & i pick them up after waiting more than an hour for 2 meals at Chick-fil-a it's ridiculous!!!! i had to walk inside in able to get my order still waited 30 more minutes!! don't recommend this place at all

This used to be a fantastic Chick-fil-A but over the last couple of years it’s gotten so bad that I will drive past it and go to the one on Peachtree parkway. Even when there are only 8 cars in-line, I will wait 15+ mins. My order is usually wrong and my chicken has been burnt multiple times. I didn’t even know that was possible. The only reason for 2 stars is my memory of how great it used to be.

I'm not sure how they haven't figured out how to move their line quicker. I always come and say I'll never go back and then I come back and I hate I did. It took 25 min to get through the drive thru line tonight. That's just crazy. Choose another CFA or another option.

This Chick-fil-A is by far the worst, used to love this place a few years ago, but it's definitely the worst Chick-fil-A I've been to. Line is slow, they have signs for mobile order pickup spots but don't offer mobile ordering, makes no sense. Will be so glad when they tear this place down.

I come here all the time they always forget something or mess something up, after an hour sitting in the drive through you definitely don’t want to go back. Today they forgot my extra fry which I was charged for and gave me some kind of fried crumbs instead of chicken nuggets there were only 2 whole nuggets the rest were little fried pieces of dough!
