I don't usually write reviews unless it's to boost a small business, and I don't usually have a bad experience with Chick-fil-A, for they are known to have stellar customer service. Today, however, I got the worse disrespectful and belittling customer service by the manager at this location while he handed my food to me in drive-thru. I ordered a kids meal and requested the ice cream, noticing it was missing from my bag. The guy next to this manager said "oh sure let me get that for you", meanwhile the manager keeps trying to shu me off like I'm a nuisance for asking and trying to throw my food to me aggressively. He then proceeded in saying "Thanks for holding up my drive thru line. Next time, make sure you order correctly if you change your mind." I responded with "I didn't change my mind. This comes with my meal, and I never got it, so I'm asking now to get it." And he repeated what he said: "No, you DID change your mind. Thanks for holding this drive thru up." And he sighed obnoxiously. Someone like this should NOT be representing this company and tarnishing Chick-fil-A's representation. Disgusting behavior and treatment.

I had used the mobile app to customize a side salad. While waiting for my order, a guy who I assumed to be the manager confronted me and said I shouldn’t have ordered my food the way I did. I thought he was making banter but he was actually upset at me because they now had to make it a cobb salad… I used the app as intended and that is inconveniencing them?So yeah, avoiding this particular location moving forward.

James, the operation manager, tends to yell and be rude to some customers. He did not believe my sandwich was cold. He was purposely bulling me and making a scene in front of the entire restaurant. What a sick person.

Unfortunately I did not have a chick-fil-a type experience at this location. I ordered a very simple meal, two kale salads and a medium fry no salt. I was asked to pull and wait, which isn’t a problem. The issue came when the gentleman handing out the food approached my car and shoved my bag into my arm almost dropping my food. The gentleman did not come all way to the window he literally stuck his arm inside my window from the side to hand me my food. Totally unacceptable in my opinion. My fries were hard, I didn’t feel appreciated at this location at all. No one called me by my name when it was given during my ordering process. I would highly recommend pulling cameras from today at 12:45 to see exactly what I am speaking of. You will see my white Tiguan parked in lane 1 and you will see the gentleman do exactly what I stated.I have no plans to return to this location.

This Chick-fil-A has gone downhill over the years. I usually go for breakfast and get a chicken biscuit but there’s always something not good about it. Either the biscuit just falls apart or the chicken is way over breaded and burnt to a dark brown so bad that it doesn’t even taste like Chick-fil-A. Its like they are so ready to get the product out of the door that the quality of the product suffers. This morning I went there and was the only person in line and after I gave the simple order of (#1) the guy turned around and started filling other people’s drinks that just walked up in front of me and forgot mine. No big deal, but when I got my food from the manager, I told him I didn’t get my drink and he looked at the receipt on my bag as if he didn’t believe me and I told him the guy that took the order just got distracted with other guests and he starts telling me , “well we’re busy”, and “I’m sorry we didn’t do good enough for you” in a very cheeky manner, to which I replied “I’m literally the only one in line-no big deal”, and he just kept on with the attitude like I just need to get over it. Outstanding “Christian” attitude dude. On top of all of this, Chick-fil-A has raised their prices 20 percent over the last two years and the portions are exactly the same but the quality is not. Top it off with some tude’ and you have the modern Chick-fil-A experience at hand.
