we've given this location like 17 chances and every time there's SOMETHING about our order that's either not right or it's just bad. and i know its not WHAT we're ordering because its good at every other location

I love Dunkin. It is my favorite place for food and coffee but I have a HUGE bone to pick with this location.I always order a coffee and a maple bacon sandwich on an english muffin and EVERY SINGLE TIME they put it on a croissant. Whoever is back there making the food needs to READ THE TICKET ALL THE WAY THROUGH. I worked at dunkin 4 years ago for 2 of the 4 years. It takes NO TIME to put it onto an english muffin. The sandwich maker is either an idiot and doesnt know the difference or he or she is just lazy. I think he or she has enough common sense to know the difference so I am leaning towards being lazy. It is unacceptable. Yall need to do better with holding lazy employees accountable. If they dont like it, they can work some place else.

Well, it's Dunkin Doughnuts.What do you expect.Seems like the menu has changed a bit. The bagel was not toasted but it seemed steamed or nuked.Oh well, what do you expect.

This Dunkin is the best Dunkin for me. The team of people make the difference. They are friendly, funny and fast. Not only is the coffee and food fantastic, the managers in the morning are amazing. Long time employees who know my order, name and provide a fantastic experience each time I visit. I've been to lots of locations and this one is my favorite. Thank you!

I received excellent customer service from this location the manager didn't catch his name African-American gentleman look to be in his 40s ,there not even knowing me replaced a out of date chocolate milk I received from the Buford location. After explaining the situation didn't even hesitate just said I gotcha and got me swapped out. thank you so much for representing your brand and taking care of a customer that wasn't even at your location. this will always be my destination when I pass through in the future.

Girl in the drive-thru window on 6/27/23 @ around 11:15 AM did a phenomenal job!! She had great energy, communicated well, made eye contact, was polite, and timely with my order. A very pleasant experience!!???????
