Young kids working with lazy attitude. Girl with blonde braids! Gives me a semi warm latte that should be hot. Last I thought a hot latte was hot. Oh and the large was basically a small with tons of foam. Looks like a manager or store owner needs to train these kids some manners and how to work an espresso machine!!

They only had 2 munchkin flavors available!?! I was told they don’t make donuts and get them delivered?? This location is pointless and never has donuts. This business model is pathetic and all around bad business. I don’t understand why anyone would come back here.

I ordered a pumpkin spice latte here. It was only half full and was incredibly bitter from not having the correct coffee to flavoring ratio. I was undrinkable so I went to a Starbucks for a replacement.

I have been to better Dunkin stores. You have to order it yourself; there is a touchscreen. The staff was alright. The order was ready in time.

Very disappointed. For the last several weeks they are constantly out of one or both of the only two doughnuts I like. Why can't they keep the vanilla cream and Bismark in stock ???? I've been going to DD for 40+years and the vanilla cream has always been on the menu & in stock so why now? Please get it together DD.

Went thru the drive thru. Ordered food and a cup of whipped cream for my dog. Got to the window and found that that the cup of whipped cream was literally a tiny squirt of whipped cream that the charged me $2.39 for. I was informed they don't do pup cups (which is fine) so they charge you for a small cup of coffee (that you don't get) and squirt a small amount of whipped into the bottom of the cup. I emailed corporate office but have heard nothing. I will stick with the better coffee shops in town.
