I mobile ordered my meal Friday at 12:08 and it said it would be ready at 12:25. I headed to the store and arrived at 12:20. It was absolutely chaotic inside so I moved to the side to wait for my order. 12:25 came and went and people who were walking in after me and ordering at the counter were receiving their meals. I asked if they had my order because I was worried maybe I had selected the wrong location or the mobile order system was down. The gentleman looked annoyed that I was asking for an update. I wouldn’t have cared about it taking longer than expected if people arriving after me weren’t receiving their orders. What is the point of mobile order if they’re going to push it back? I didn’t get my food until 12:48. It wasn’t even great tasting after all that. They also left out our kids meal drink.

Placed an online order and it was ready in a reasonable amount of time. The sandwiches were prepared to our order and the ingredients were top shelf.Parking: Very busy area at lunchtime.

Just waited 15 min for two medium subs and they got both wrong. Have never been there without waiting forever for a basic sub.

Couldn’t get anyone’s order right. Was there on sept 10 around 8 pm 4 people working there. We were there for 35 minutes. They had three small orders. One of the orders was still being worked on when we left. Our order was wrong. Would not recommend. The employees seemed asleep or something.
you can't have 4 high school kids working here and not expect them to be slow as shit. i've been waiting 30 min for 1 sandwich and there was no line when i got in here. shame on the whoever made the schedule.

Tonight the mark was missed. Several modifications were missed even though they were on the receipt. The sandwiches were clearly slapped together. Just disappointing after paying $35 including a tip for 2 sandwich combos.
