I been going to this location for long time but last 2/3 years straight I have went atleast 3/4 times a week in mornings, the sweetest, great with customers, always there on time and sometimes by herself in morning and always smiling and pleasing customer service. Candy(Candi) is her name. Before she started it was never open on time in mornings ever. Before her was 2 different ladies Before her like year ago they was always there on time as well. But I know for long time Before Candy was there store wasn't ever open on time and the customer service was short and rude. If Candy ever stops working morning shifts or ever leaves hardees I will take my business elsewhereParking: Plenty of space for parkingKid-friendliness: I'm sure it's very well wirh kids but u can't dine in due to the boss or GM he tells everyone lobby not open and rude about itWheelchair accessibility: Has ramp access and store open wide enough for wheelchair to move about

The breakfast food is great but unfortunately their service is so slow and bad that it turns me away from going there most of the time I think about getting food in this area. The drive thru takes for-e-ver, even when it's not a busy time. The dining room is still closed.This is a great location and it would probably be a very successful one if they could get their staffing issues under control. But until then, I'll only visit here when I know I can spare 30 minutes for "fast" food.
This place does have good food, however, the service is absolutely terrible. The line was so long (I waited last Sunday 34 minutes in drive thru) today I didn’t have that much time so I decided I was going to go inside and take it to go until the lady in the drive thru window yelled the dinning room is closed. I understand staffing issues, but waiting for 34 minutes in a drive thru is ridiculous. I used to think it was slow when the teenagers ran it last year, but at least they were not asSlow and opened the dinning room. Corporate needs to be involved with this issue.
