I just witnessed the employee behind the counter who makes your delicious sub come around and assist an elderly gentleman to his table. Another patron also helped out. It was a beautiful display of humanity that I have seen in a very long time. The employee really set the standard for the restaurant. Forever loyal to this location!

I order a sandwich to be pick up at 1:27pm and I waited there till 2pm and nothing. They did ask me when I waked in if I order something and I said yes. They said they are working on it. 30 mins later and nothing. I ask for a refund and got my money back but not my tip that I left. Never again what’s the point of ordering it online? If you can’t even get the sandwich.

I’ve been in the service industry all my life so I’m hesitant in leaving a bad review. Every time I’ve been to this location, the employees are extremely rude. On separate occasions, when I’ve placed a pickup order it hasn’t been ready even though nobody else was there waiting. On another occasion, they kept getting my order wrong when I was standing there because they weren’t listening to me but were talking to each other. I won’t be back.

Absolutely fantastic! I can't get enough of their delicious creations. The ingredients are always fresh and the flavors are spot on. The staff is friendly and efficient, making every visit a delight. Whether you're a meat lover or a vegetarian, they have something for everyone. I've tried several sandwiches and have never been disappointed. I stopped by, famished.. there was no wait, the manager, Eric was SUPER helpful and friendly.. the bread was fresh, the veggies were crisp, the portions were generous.. It is everything you need in a sub shop. My guy said the men's bathroom was unkempt.. but, I did not experience that, so my rating will stay a 5..Vegetarian options: There is a portabella mushroom sub, delightful.Parking: It's just a little strip mall with ample parking.

I ordered 2 sandwiches and the guy asked if I wanted mayo Or mustard I said yes to Mayo no mustard as he proceeds to put mustard on it and then rudely wipes it off and I had to ask 3 times for a new slice of bread and he told me to "chill" the total was $40 for 2 sandwiches and a drink... will not be back. I can't believe how rude they are here and clueless.
First time in this location and it was the best experience I've had is fast food all thanks to alton. Me and my family definitely will make this our goto jm.

Do not eat at this location if you have celiac disease or a gluten allergy. If I could leave zero stars I would. I came in to order my 8 year old daughter a gluten free sandwich. Her sandwich was made on a dirty black tray. The lady told me she would clean up but never cleaned any surface and never cleaned the slicer either. Her sandwich was made on a black tray that she slammed down on the counter that came out with bread crumbs and lettuce already on it. Jersey Mikes in Gainesville, Ga does an excellent job with cleaning and was very knowledgeable when it came to cross contamination. The staff here was rude when asked/told about anything having to do with her allergy. Mainly the manager who said she had been there for 5 years. Trying not to complain too much I just went with it. She is a recent diagnosis and only our third time eating at jersey mikes since her diagnosis. First time at the cumming location on market place. Now my daughter is crying on the couch because, of course, she was contaminated. I ordered a foot-long for her to be able to eat later. 3/4 of a $25 sub now has to go in the trash.
