On march 22nd, I ordered 2 subs, and upon finishing the 1st half of one, I bit into an about 1/2" industrial screw, cracked my tooth in half, and was super painful. I wasn't even offered a refund, only the lady behind the counter, "Paige" (think her name was, nice person, not the manager) "documented" everything, and assured me that I would get a call from a owner or manager. It's been weeks, and still no word. Every time I've tried to get a hold of them, I get the run around. This is seriously disappointing as I've been a customer at different locations for at least 15+ years! I wouldn't feed the homeless with their food, for free. Attached is the last bite of the sandwich, that I spit out, along with a screw and half a molar!! Atrocious. Please people, do better!

Sad to say that this went from one of the best locations to the worst in a shockingly short amount of time. Stay away if you don't like; missing items in your online order, sloppily made subs, poor customer service, foul odors near the restroom, and worse. Hate to make a 1 star review, but this really did it for me.

This place is great. So happy this one opened up by us. I do the order ahead and it's always ready and spot on. They have struggled to get daytime workers, but they always deliver and the manager is great.

Ordered portabella mushroom and cheese sandwich. There were no more than 3 measly pieces of mushroom. See photos. Really jersey Mike’s? You can’t use more mushrooms when literally only that and green peppers come with the sandwich (I requested jalapeños). What is the reason for it? You’re still charging the same amount for no meat and 2 veggies with cheese. lol

Our sandwiches were excellent and I would come back. However, I got tea with my order and there was dark brown tea sludge at the bottom of my cup which seriously grossed me out. Ruined my entire meal. If you get tea, you should pour a good amount into a cup first and see what surprises come out before committing to drinking it.

It's the best sub sandwich place around, in my opinion, but the online orders can come pouring in, at the expense of in person customers. I think those in the store to order should get priority over online orders, but that's just me.

I really like the subs, but staffing is a problem recently. I find myself frequently waiting 15+ mins after the estimated time on the app. In fact, it's 10 mins after the time the app said and I'm watching my sandwiches sit on the counter, half made, while the ONE PERSON working is waiting on the people who just walked in the door. Losing my patience with this shop.
I believe it opened recently. This service was very slow and that might explain it.

Our experience was not a pleasant one. All tables were dirty to start with. We had to request them to clean.Then person making the sandwich gave us plain sandwich without anything shown/included on the menu (veggies, sauce to start with).Ordered 2 sandwiches and both had nothing but chicken. Chicken was dry on one of them. I can understand it's summer and teenagers are working at most places. But some basic supervision was missing. Hoping they will make adjustments.

You gotta love the freshness of a sub where the meats are carved and the sandwich prepped entirely in front of you. This place does a great job, and have become our go-to for fresh, great-tasting subs!
