Very good chicken, I love the grilled and the original recipe. Unfortunately the bathroom was not up to standards of the rest of the restaurant.UPDATE: 03/02/2024The food is still excellent, I especially love the Chicken pot pie ? hot fresh and very tasty.The overall restaurant and restroom cleanliness has improved greatly.. ?

I'll give my lunch 1 star and that's only because of the nice girl at the drive thru. Food was awful. I ordered a 12 piece family meal, half grilled half extra crispy. The "drumstick" if that's what u want to call it, was the size of a little buffalo wing. As well as being totally dried out. We don't ever go to KFC and now I know why. Will not be going back ever again.

If I could give a zero for this place i would husband ordered food and there was a hair in it. My spouse is African American and the hair was blonde no way. The so called manger was so rude and refused to give our money back. And threaten to fight us outside and yelled and used volguer language at us. I don't really think he is a manager and should be fired. Place is nasty. Wouldn't recommend until they get better management.

I went to this establishment and made my order through the drive through. There was hair in my food and when I called the establishment and spoke to the "manager" they accused me of putting hair in the food. I will never give this establishment business ever again and will tell everyone that I know not eat there as well.
Best KFC I’ve eaten at in forever (I’m talking years). Staff was super friendly and bubbly. Service was perfect. Food was perfect and super quick (less than 5 minutes quick) which was fantastic cause I was tracing after a 10 hour work day with no break. Entire store was amazingly clean and smelled fresh. The Manager and staff had such a great personality. Would recommend and return!!!!!

My daughter and I went to go eat 30 minutes before they closed. We were going to order to go because our electric charge was charging. The doors to the lobby were locked. An employee saw us, and I explained that we couldn't go through the drive-through because my car was charging. The employee went and asked the manager about letting us in the lobby to order. The manager said that we could go through the drive-through but not order in the lobby. I retorted that we weren't about to walk through the drive-through just to order and that that was a ridiculous notion to expect us to do. We went to the Moto business afterward because of being told to walk through the drive-through in order to make an order. All I wanted to do was by a fried chicken dinner for my 15 year old daughter, and I had to endure this nonsense!!???? nowhere on the store doors or on the website does it show the lobby closing down at 930pm!!!

Order the funnel cake fries to go and literally got this .... very upsetting. I don't think this is okay. Extremely oily with bad taste. Hope you guys do better with the next customer.

Okay, so first off I want to talk about Catherine. She’s one of the managers that’s always running the register at the drive-through, if she’s not a manager, she should definitely be one, and she is the sweetest thing. I will be honest, I to go to KFC quite a bit, she’s always so sweet, and makes me feel like family! The food is normally really good, and if they make a mistake I had to do was go back through or inside and they will fix it immediately. Everything is always cooked really well!

Good food. But we pulled up at 8:15pm and lobby was closed and the sign said lobby closed at 9pm. Not very professional
