I go to this Krystal 3 or 4 times a month. Sometimes you just gotta have a Cheese Krystal or 4. I always get good friendly service at this location’s drive thru. I can’t say that for some other fast food places

I have gone on two separate occasions and today being the most current visit. I did not receive two items I was charged for and both of my drinks were wrong.

The employee stated they just cooked our order which was 12 Krystal's no cheese and one corn pup. She specifically stated that she gave us a 12 piece from a 24 piece order that came in on door dash. No they did not just cook the order. Half were cold and the corn pup was soggy and cold. The meat looked scary. When I mean scary it was not the color it was supposed to be. It was a gray color. The buns were wet. Even if she did give us the 12 from the 24...that means that customer received half of an old cold order while the other half is fresh? So they paid even more than I did for trash. Krystal's actually used to be decent. They should have been cooked to order. Especially when there was no other customers in the building or drive-thru. If you don't like your job or value what you do at your job, go work somewhere else. Since I was already lied to to begin with there was no point of making a fuss for a refund.

We haven't had Krystal's in a long time and I really wanted it tonight so we drove out there. We went through the drive through and asked them to give us a minute and both of them jumped in the speaker yelling asking if we were ready. We ordered finally for our food and it was absolutely disgusting! They have really went down in the last few years and we won't be back!

Krystal’s were cold, sodas were all flat and the ice machine didn’t work. They did however have a lady and 7 year old carrying bags of ice in. This place needs to be bulldozed and rebuilt. $11.00 for cold hamburgers and lousy drink is a never return experience.

Incredibly friendly night shift staff! Pro tip: when you get the fried apple turnovers, if you ask very nicely they may add the glazed icing to it.. only if you ask very nicely of course.
