used to love this place and the ice cream is truly one of my favorites. however, recently a server made uncomfortable comments about my body and if i “wanted to connect,” even after i told him my age. it’s sad to say that even ice cream skips that are family friendly fail to uphold those standards for their employees. sorry to say, will not come here again.

This is not a real Kwality ice cream, waste of spending money these guys buy from some others and selling in scoops, lot of syrup in ice cream, We were of the assumption that we get same Kwality ice cream located in Dallas, Texas but this is completely fake and not the similar ice cream, dont go with same expectations thinking as same brand.

We were excited to try Kwality Ice Cream, but left underwhelmed. Here's a breakdown:-Butterscotch: Sadly, this lacked the buttery richness we love.-Cassata: Decent, but nothing special. We'd rate it 3/5.-Kulfi Faluda: Middling. The preparation could be neater, and the rose syrup didn't complement the flavors well.Additionally, some unsupervised children were disruptive, making the atmosphere less pleasant.

The kulfi faluda was good in taste but average in presentation. We also tried the casatta and butterscotch flavors but would not recommend them at all. Plenty of seating space, just 1 person taking the orders and working the register, so it took a while to get our order. Would recommend going to the Sandy springs location instead.

Wow just wow. Great give cream, and even cooler are the flavors. There asked so many Indian ice cream flavors I have never heard of. I have to come back every single day to try them all. By far the best ice cream place anywhere close!
Best falooda in town. Staff is cooperative. Saad gives awesome service. I really like their english toffee ice cream too.
