1st time patrons. We tried spicy chicken fajitas and chicken soup. The food was fantastic! Great chips and really enjoyed the salsa varieties. The only reason this experience didn't get 5 stars, the service was sub par. The waiter was polite but not very present. Had to flag him down to ask for more chips while waiting on the food. Didn't mind the little extra wait with great chips/salsa! The next waiter interaction was when he asked us if we enjoyed the food as we were finished eating.

Asada fries. 13$ compared to what you’re given in the restaurant… this is a rip off!A handful of chips and the salsa buns are non existent. Not happy at all with this order. I’m sick and I was looking forward to eating a heaping plate of asada fries! I call and they offered more fries and a cheesecake.l bit of course I have to pick it up. Smh. I’m sick. Deliver that! Do BETTERRRRR!!

Worst service ever. They were busy but made me stand for 15 minutes when the order was already ready for pick up. Once I reached home, I found out no tortillas for all 4 fajitas.. when I called again, I was interrogated and then told you didn’t Oder any tortillas.. though on the receipt it was clearly mention 2 corn and 2 flour.. no apologies but blunt rude behavior from the so called frustrated “Manager”. Never going back.

My daughter and I had a wonderful dinner together here. The food was delicious and Ivan did a great job of making sure we had everything we need. We enjoyed our evening and dinner here!

Laredos is our go to place to eat out since the Covid days. Prices are reasonable (compared to others), place is clean, and food is very tasty. Our child loves their rice, and the adults love the cold margaritasKid-friendliness: One year they had Elf-on-shelf which was popular with the kids.

Quick review: The food was Amazing, the staff was so patient and kind, and Erin is an amazing waitress!Long story: My niece and I were all dressed up after going to the daddy daughter dance, and we were so excited to get some great Mexican food as we were Hungry after killin it on the dance floor. We came to Laredos, and my niece was very overstimulated and wanted to go sit outside where it was more quiet even though it was around 40 degrees outside. The host let me know that they would be happy to move us back inside if needed, and I knew we wouldn’t last out on the patio long.Our waitress Erin was very kind and engaging us in conversation about the dance, and when my niece was hesitant to take my jacket as she was already really cold, without any prompting Erin brought out her own jacket and let my niece wear it! We lasted about 15 more minutes, and then everyone at the staff allowed us to move our food after it had all been served outside back inside.We enjoyed the rest of our meal in the warmth and a fun atmosphere inside (Erin suggested the Honey glazed fajitas, and they were Amazing!).All in all 10/10 would recommend, and Erin is a Rockstar!
