Impressive update, except for the ATM experience. 5 foot tall touch pad and 15 strokes for med coffee with one cream, insert card and nice guy pops out with coffee. Kinda sterile. I'll adapt.

Just ordered three meals, and all three containers of fries were only half-filled. This has been my experience at this particular location the last few times, so it doesn't appear to be a fluke. Other locations in the area fill the fry containers, so it is something about the way this particular location is run.

The essence of customer service is nonexistent at this location. Made the mistake of attempting to dine in their lobby to simply wait 10 minutes to pay due to a kiosk malfunction. Zero apologies for the absurd wait time. Three different associates passed me without making eye contact, and another even sat himself at the table I was attempting to dine at. Lack of competency, courtesy, and situational awareness.

Every morning i get the same thing, sometimes it’s GREAT. Cant say the same for today or multiple days prior. I worked at McDonald’s for two years and there isn't an excuse on why an order is wrong unless taken wrong. You see everything on your screens, word by word. You make coffee, step by step.When making an espresso beverage, all you do is put syrup and ice in the cup and the machine does the rest. My only “special request” which is worded as “extra drizzle” on my receipt, is caramel drizzle in the cup. Always forgetting the Coffee syrup almost every morning. Was once given a cup with caramel drizzle and told to pour the macchiato, they made wrong, in the cup with JUST drizzle in it.

Had my first Spicy McCrispy sandwich, today. It felt a little like a "me too" sandwich to compete against "brand CFA". Inside the foil-lined bag was a breaded chicken filet topped with signature habanero sauce, accompanied by a few sliced pickels. I could live with a little more chicken and a little less breading but all in all, is was OK.

They have never once made the coffee the way I ordered it. They SOMETIMES put the cream in but never the sugar. When you ask for packets they look at you like you just insulted them.They also leave sides out off happy meals.

Been coming for 2 years every other day getting the same few things consistently. They have a lemonade promotion that’s been on for a while for more money then a regular drink at every store. I’ve gotten the lemonade at this store over 40+ times no exaggeration it’s hot outside. And at other McDonald’s all over GA. The women taking my order asked me if she can charge me for a second lemonade since I asked for it with NO ICE. She took the responsibility of trying to charge me twice because I asked for NO ICE in a drink that I’ve gotten so many times and even on any other drinks coke products etc I get no ice and never had them try to charge me TWICE !!!. I haven’t been back since because of this and won’t be back , maybe she was trying to pocket money for her self , I don’t know but it was enough to make me never go back next time I’ll ask for it with no cup instead
This is not the first time this happens. I ordered a #6 with large fries and a Coke Zero. Meal came with no fries so naturally I asked for them. Then they tell me that I didn’t order the meal?! I said a number six. That’s a meal. lol didn’t ask for a sandwich. Then of course it’s my fault. So annoyed!!!

This place sucks.. Went through the drive through paid for a number 5 meal. Came around the front and didn’t give me fries with the MEAL I ordered. Then wanted to argue about it until the “manager” checked the receipt seeing I ordered the meal then gave me the meal..

Order was initially wrong. Flat soda, rarely cleaned inside. The soda has been flat a number of times at this location. Food turns out fine. Just check your order and taste your soft drink before you drive off.
