Waited 2 hours to get a smashed wet burger. my friends were told "get out" and one of the workers rlly called his fried with a gun to just stand there until we left. bro literally left when me and my friend went home.

I've been to this McDonald's about 3 times over a 2 month span. Each time I have been here they cannot make a simple cheese burger correctly. I've gotten it once with no cheese, twice with no onion. Once with no mustard or ketchup... this has to be basic McDonald's 101. When asked to remake it I encounter an "I don't really care attitude" and no apology. If you order table service with the app you'll be waiting until you get up to go ask for it. They do not bring it to your table even though it's an option. Also, the ketchup packets you're provided are slimy and sticky with gunk on them... this kind of matches the restaurant itself as it's generally dirty. Our last visit tonight we had to clean our own table which is normal here. There was trash littered throughout the establishment, spilled puddles of drinks that had dried into a sticky mess, and smushed food on the ground all which was clearly on the ground and tables hours before we arrived. All of this was ignored by employees walking past it for the hour we were there. If it's this bad in the dining area one can only imagine what it's like behind the scenes where they're making the food customers are consuming...I'll drive the extra bit to John's Creek from now on.

Very slow at night. One lady on her phone while taking orders in drive thru other employee running around trying to do everything. She was somewhat rude to some of the other cars. Some people just pulled off. I gave 4 stars only for the young man. He deserves all 5's but she pulls down the score and fries were not hot.
