Terrible. We waited in the drive thru line a total of 25 minutes. When we got to the window they tried to charge us for the wrong order. The manager then yelled at the employee loud enough for us to hear through the closed window. When we got to the food window they still didn’t know what our order was. Once we got our order we asked for the ice water we had ordered at the speaker and the manager told the employee to tell us to pull forward. How long does it take to grab a water? I will never return to this location and advise you don’t either.

If I could give them a zero I would. The drive through service is horrible. The McChicken sandwich went from a dollar to $1.99. They short the soft drinks and fries. The cost of fast food has gone out of control, to be short at the drive through.

Zero stars is not an option... so 1 star it is. They have never, ever, gotten an order correct. The lack of responsibility and basic funtionality is so terrible it's almost impressive. If this is a low score competition they take the gold every time!

I am not sure where to start I ended up speaking to the manager on duty about my issue and the lady had the audacity to scream at me and my wife. I HAVE NEVER FELT SO DEGRADED IN MY LIFE. I plan on filing a complaint with corporate about this women, all over a missing hamburger from a combo #7. It's supposed to be 2 hamburgers some fries and a drink well I was a hamburger short. The manger yelled at that you must pay for that and I will not honor your hamburger. I will never go back to this store, I feel horrible for anyone that has to work under her.
Don't even bother wasting your time trying to order food here, every time I visit I always have to wait and my order is wrong somehow. Today my order was incorrect again at the window, and the inept cashier charged my card twice. Staff always appears lazy and unprofessional. 24$ For a Mcgriddle, burrito, hashbrown and orange juice.

Love the place and the food, but totally disliked the ordering computer system, for two reasons, one is super complicated and your order take a back seat to the outside orders, I ordered two ten piece of chicken nuggets, and it took 25 minutes to get.
