They need workers or else close their doors. We were there for two hours just for a meal out. The catfish was under cooked...had to send it back. Salmon was salty. And it even took forever to pay our bill so we could leave. Plus they don't deal with change...they round up. Therefore they stole 53 cents from my friend. Needless to say....we won't be going back anytime soon.

Business has hardly any servers. Our server was doing his best to get to us but wait was long from beginning to end. Poor guy had to handle carry out while manager stood up front talking to host. Thats a very poor manager in my opinion. Could have helped our server with something. Our server told us 4 people just quit. I will say the food when it came was hot and very good and free pie is back on Wednesdays. So you dont mind the slow service its worth a try. Oh and by the way we were the only people in the restaurant for the first 20 minutes at dinner time.
This particular day we walked in around 3pm on a Tuesday, and the food just was not the same. Truth be told , all the food tasted old. From hamburger patties to lettuce on salad..just kind of a 'meh' meal.

I need to start with the first disappointment: NO fried green tomatoes!!! Even though the online menu shows them. our server is new, so we cut him some slack... but OMG... the place was nearly empty, so there is no real good reason for the slow service. When the meatballs finally showed up, they were WAY overcooked. I had to send them back.One dinner plate was their famous chicken tenders...nope, overcooked, and undersauced. My chicken bowl was fine. The half-price wine wasn't. The fee or for dessert was good.Overall, it was just a terrible experience.The manager, Icie, gave us some vip coupons, so we will give them another shot next Wednesday so we can get some of that Wednesday dessert ?.

The food was horrible. The rolls smelled like dead fish, and tasted worse. The steak looked like it had been broiled and the ribs were so tough you could use them as weapons. I will not be returning to this location. It would be different if it was a one time issue, but it's been horrible the last three times. I gave it a chance because the server/Bartender was great. That was its only saving grace. I gave it single stars simply because I could not give it negative marks
Kyle was my server and he was amazing. His service was top notch. I am grateful that I was seated in his section. Thank Kyle!The FOOD. Well, I think I got the wrong thing. Kudos to the photographer. The mushroom and Swiss burger picture looks sooo good. But the actually burger was not even close. It was over cooked and honestly, tasteless. Definitely a 2.5 burger.(No I didn’t complain) I mentioned it to the manager but not negatively.The atmosphere 5 stars.Thank you Kyle for making this visit to O’Charleys great.

I had lunch today at O'Charleys, not only was the service very slow. We felt like the restaurant was not clean. The table was sticky and the food was just OK. They changed their lunch menu. Not good

Ordered online and planned to tip in cash when I got there so put no tip on my card. When I saw my posted charge there was an extra 7.49 added to my card for a tip. So they got double tipped. The food was a very small portion but tasty. The rolls, however, were hard and old. I figured they stick the togo orders with the old bread . If you order online you might want to also call and ask for fresh bread if you like the bread there.
