I placed a order with some friends at my friend’s apartment and we were refused service on delivery because apparently we stole to pizzas from the drivers at this apartment even tho it was built not to long ago, also we have never ordered pap johns here before. We decided to pickup in person and pay with cash but they still refused to serve us and couldn’t provided a receipt time data or any video footage to provide evidence. Moral of the story NEVER order from this location everything sucks the management the atmosphere, couldn’t try the food lol sure it was bad tho.

Ordered pizza for a party and after 30 minutes was called and told my order was cancelled due to apparent theft that my “exact address” has committed. I live in an apartment with 40 other units and 6 other buildings are apart of. I went up to the store with my wife and asked to see receipts or evidence showing our accused theft of pizza. We were refused any sort of help or answers to why we were refused service and accused of theft. While in this store we were told to leave and the manager threatened to call the police and accused of trespassing. We were given no corporate number or answers. The manager also lied and told us he could not print the receipts from our supposed stolen orders. Do not ever order from this place or even attempt to eat there. We recorded the entire interaction. Extremely unprofessional, extremely rude, and above all else extremely ignorant of this location to accuse us of theft without probable cause.

Only to give the corporate number to a male friend that called over the phone. Incredibly disrespectful and rude. Sexist workers, laughed at me, refused to ever serve me again. My best friend placed an order for pizza and was wrongly convicted of stealing 2 pizzas previously… They refused to give us any details or evidence of this claim and refused Pick Up, Refused Delivery. Ended up going in person to the store and the Manager was extremely rude and was not helpful at all. He immediately refused service to us (all three of us). He refused to give us the General Managers information, he refused to give us corporate information and number. Said he “wasn’t gonna go through the effort.”. He even said we were trying to “cover our tracks”, and then threatened to call the police. Absolutely terrible behavior. Terrible customer service. STAY AWAY!!!

Went to place an order at a friends apartment at their BRAND NEW apartment. Our order was canceled in 5 mins and was then called by their store manager who said that 2 drivers had pizzas stolen from this exact address at the BRAND NEW apartment. Went in person to try and order and clear the air but was then refused service, was told “In the state of GA we don’t need to provide proof”, and was told we would be trespassed if we did not leave. First time ordering from here and will be my last.

Ordered a 6:30 timed order. I called the store at 6:45 to see where my order was. Rude lady told me it would be another 30 minutes. My order was an hour late. I have kids that eat dinner at a certain time because they have school. When a customer orders a timed order it goes over any other order. I delivered pizza for 10 years I know how it works . Do better papa johns.

Seriously the worst pizza I've had maybe ever. We usually order Marcos, but it's just around the corner, so my bf decided to order from Papa John's this time. It was almost cold and worse than just grabbing a frozen pizza from the Kroger next door. I honestly have no idea how they can actually stay in business. Disgusting.
