Whoever the lady is taking orders thru the drive thru today really needs to be reevaluated for that position. Even my son could recognize her "saucy" attitude and that's ridiculous a child can notice what the store manager is neglecting . 1st and last at this location. I've served for 20 years and never complain bc I know how it is but DANG!
NOPE fried hair in my chicken.Update: employee is rude and disrespectful and should never deal with customers. Called to tell them about the hair. She had an attitude and said theres no way because they wear hair nets, as if i was lying so i told her I recorded the hair fried in the chicken, which made her mad. Solution was to return and refund. Got there and guess what? No hair net. So I recorded them, which made her angry, she started arguing. Stated the guys does not have hair...read full review
