My family and I went here yesterday and just had an incredible experience that I had to leave a review. We got half a dozen cupcakes and a double scoop of ice cream (the lavender honey milk was delicious!). The service was so great and the gentleman helping us was patient in answering our questions about flavors and made us feel so welcomed! Our little girls enjoyed the toys they had to play with and the whimsical, fun decor. We thought it was fairly priced for the size of cupcakes and the quality. Our girls enjoyed some on the spot and we had plenty to take home and I was happy because I really wanted ice cream and it was so fresh and did not disappoint! I think some of the negative reviews are from over a year ago and would recommend giving this place a chance since it says it's under new management from a sign out front. Again, the staff was so sweet, the ice cream and cupcakes were delicious and it's a convenient location so we will be back!

I'll stick to Publix Bakery cupcakes...they weren't bad or gross per se, just not special enough to be worth the price. The sugar cookie however was literally atrocious. It turned to dust in my mouth and tasted like a very, very old circus animal cookie.

Went on a Saturday evening and Customer service was nice overall however the cupcakes I received were not fresh and tasted a few days old and they were packaged with bare hands- no gloves or tongs or anything. I would not visit here again.
