This particular store is definitely not open 24 hours - ever. I don’t know why they advertise it I’d come a handful of times after 10 PM and it’s always closed.

There’s a manager here that is “ too busy “ to ring people up and will tell you off for trying to make a purchase :) maybe customer service isn’t the right field…maybe try a no contact job like a garbage man?

I’m writing this review just to appreciate the muscular African American gentleman at the counter . Once I stopped for gas and wanted to light a cigarette but i didn’t have a lighter on me , asked the front desk if I can use a lighter for a sec he showed me the lighter box and asked me choose anyone from it, then I told him that I just wanted to light my cigarette he let me use the lighter.This is a small thing but I just wanna appreciate the employee for being kind.P.s: The reason I didn’t wanna buy a lighter is because I got at least 10 lighters lying around at home

The lady behind the counter has always been rude and inattentive to customers waiting. Today she was looking at her computer screen, ignoring customers, while reading about time management. At least position the cpu so customers can’t see. It was 3:55 pm. I’ll go elsewhere, but it did give me a chuckle.

I am done with this Speedway and don’t care about the convience to me. Pump have issues with credit cards. I went to 3 different pumps and finally found one that worked. When I went to inform them, lady (always has a winter hat on and glasses, who I see has other bad reviews here) could have cared less. Only one employee that is personable and friendly (she’s an older lady and is awesome, wish all acted like her). The rest stand like they don’t want to be there. Play on phones while checking you out and never greet you. They just stare at you like you have 2 heads. Place is also filthy, would like to see the food scores for the food the prepare. Couldn’t pay me to buy a thing from there.

I live in the CRC neighborhood and frequently visit this gas station. While I appreciate Michael's pleasant service, I must address an issue with another employee - a lady wearing glasses who was working this morning (11/21). Unfortunately, she consistently displays rude behavior, not only to me but to other customers as well, including Mexican laborers. Her attitude this morning was particularly offensive, prompting me to decide not to patronize this gas station anymore. I've also shared my experience with our CRC neighborhood group, which includes over 600 households, advising them to reconsider their patronage. I hope the owners take notice of this feedback and implement necessary corrective actions.

Employee behind the counter was working on what looked like some book keeping while 5 customers waited for her. Once the customer in front of me walked out without getting gas, she bothered to look up and pointed the rest of us towards the new self checkout lane before going back to ignoring us. That lane is card or mobile payment only and I had cash. Left my things and didn't fill up my tank. Ownership must not be in the business of making money, based on hiring decisions and business practices.
They just stole $30 from my credit card
