The one at the new Kroger on Bethelview won't make a decaf coffee frap for my granddaughter. Target does and other Starbucks do, but they give me a hard time, every time. But, they are quick and always busy.

Generally a fan of this Starbucks location. The staff is warm & knowledgable. They rarely make food/drink mistakes. The outside seating area is a great option for working or studying. I love the expanded menu, especially nearly every caffeinated drink they make. My pup is a big fan of the puppucinos.

i’ll be honest the younger indian girl at the drive through window, i think her name was like maneva or something (i didn’t get a good look at her name tag) was super rude and for no reason. i had placed an online order and upon going through the drive through she proceeded to literally yell at me because i “didn’t give them enough time to make my order”, even though i literally hadn’t said anything about it. i had just pulled up. i gave her the name of the order and that was literally it. i ended up waiting inside for the order and everyone else was super nice and friendly! they ended up making one of the drinks wrong which i didn’t mind as they were all very nice, and i work in the industry so i know things like that happen. no biggie. they ended up giving us the mess up drink so all in all we got a free drink which was nice loli go here a lot and everyone seems to be super nice generally, not sure what the deal was with the girl in the drive through window. least pleasant person ive ever encountered at a drive through.

When did starbucks become a "luxury" item? Just because they put excessive amount of sugars and syrups in our drinks doesn't make them better. I get better drinks at Dunkin for a third of the cost, and it tastes like coffee, not foo foo!

Coolest Starbucks I have been to yet. Tons of extra seating for work and study. The way the counter is at the back of the store makes it feel like an exclusive bar.

Attempted to place a mobile order multiple times and they kept turning the mobile orders on and off and refused to make my order after having paid on the app and instead made me place a new order at the store and wouldn't offer the 50% off drink because i used my deal on my mobile order. This location USED to be my favorite location.

The elder lady who works here is rude to customers, says openly she doesn’t like vegans if we ask a simple question “is there any dairy in this drink?” Will try not to go here again, all of them need a lesson on customer service and training on what is in their drinks like other Starbucks baristas in other locations.
