this location has been experiencing some difficult times and the women that are there i see a few times a week i come inside and the drive thru and they seemed so stressed but do it with so much grace. mistakes happens as well as accidents but they seem to be doing there best!!!!

Just grabbing cans through the drive through for my mother in law and first way of introduction was "give me a minute". My wife and I ignored how they started but then two workers are walking past and looking at us. Didn't take a card, let us know they can't find the cans or anything. I walked in to just buy them inside and then the two workers were looking at me as I was explaining to the cashier what happen then a taller worker came over then wants to tell us they can't find so I left. Very unorganized and rude drive through workers.

You place your order on a computer and then they don't even get your order right and they want a tip! You get upcharged if you want a large fry but everyone gets the same amount no matter what size you order.

Employees seemed to be under the influence of something which normally isn’t my business, but this time it could’ve got me killed. Giving me a peanut butter shake of some sort instead of Oreo.
It is not the restaurant I remember. The food was bland and they no longer offer a mushroom swiss burger. The food they did have was too expensive for what you got. The service was OK because there is no more service. You have to get your own drinks (after scanning your receipt), you have to get your food from the counter, and you might even have to clean your own table as most of them were dirty. My family and I left with the feeling that we would not be coming back.

Not my best experience with a Steak and Shake. The floors were greasy as were the bathroom floors. Did not care for the fact there were no more servers. I miss the table service . Fries were only warm and not hot burger was average . Gotta do better.
Kids enjoyed the food and the staff was friendly.
