I received quite a few emails trying to get me to use the Subway app -even offering bogo50 % off. I used the app yesterday and also under special request I asked that the two meatball + pepperoni be put on the side since my husband works nights and would not eat until midnight. When I picked up my order I saw that they had not prepared as requested. I told the older lady and she printed the receipt and told the other older lady (I btw am an older woman also) that the sandwiches needed to be remade. She told me very politely that if I ever needed anything special to call because they "never pay attention" to the notes on the orders. The other lady asked if she had to make them again, also muttered they don't usually put lettuce on them and kept on talking about the order. I politely asked that they give me the incorrect order and I would just leave it at that. They both spoke up saying they could remake, etc., etc...Never going back to that Subway. It's a shame that I paid $29 for mushy discussing subs. I have for the past 15 years have always had my meatball sandwiches made that way. Wish I had taken pics.

Service was awesome. But Publix has way better subs for a faction of the price subway 18.00 for footlong chips and drink . Publix 7.99 ..... never again subway .
I noticed that no one has reviewed this location in several years so I thought it was time to provide an update. This location has greatly improved. I order from here almost every week. I do an online order. It is a wonderful process. I walk into the store And I am promptly greeted by the friendly staff and they give me my bag and I am on my way. They always get the orders perfect and the sandwiches are always delicious. Major kudos to this location and all of the great improvements they have made. I will continue to come back on a weekly basis!

There is so much attitude, no prompt response, no proper greeting. The staff doesn’t know how to use a subway gift card. No veggie patties. I don’t recommend this subway even for emergency pick ups. This is on 07/20 8:30 pm
