The guy that took my order was so rude to me that it made me laugh (hence 3 stars and not 1) . It's refreshing to get treated horribly , which makes me thankful for other establishments that i go to.

There was barely any grilled chicken or steak on my sandwiches. This location is trying to cut corners to make higher margins. Once he tried to charge me for the wrong and more expensive sub and didn't say anything until I caught him. His excuse was that he didn't have a button for the sub I ordered. It was a cold cut combo. One of the he oldest sub on the menu. Plain and simple he was trying to steal from me.
This subway sucks.They serve poor quality sandwich. Do you even know that every bite of the sandwich should taste the same?When asked for tomatoes/cucumbers they give you 3 slices each and they don’t even spread it out evenly. The bread is not properly baked.The online orders are delayed and incorrect.Don’t even ask about customer service, the lady who works there just throws the sandwich on your face.

They just don't give you what exactly what you want. We told the guy to put the chilies THREE times. He didn't do it. He also avoided my question. A simple question too. He just wasn't patient with us at all, thats it.

If they advertise slicing the meat fresh, they should be slicing the meat in front of you, not doing in the morning prep. How do we know it's fresh? The attendant was VERY nice to have given us a free cookie.
