If you can, avoid this store. I picked up 2 foot long, bread wasn’t event toasted, I felt like eating sub out of refrigerator. Store employees weren’t even ready to listen the customer feedback and very rude.

I went to this subway to get my husband a ham sandwich when I got home he had a meatball sandwich and he don't like meatball I don't know what happens but they mess up big time I didn't go back to tell them I live to for to go back . I did try to call them and got no answer

This used to be my favorite Subway to go to. But I walked out because they're new meat section. You cannot actually see the meats. And I like to be able to see the meat. To see how their cut up and make sure they look fresh before they go on to a Sandwich. And now you can't see that especially the rotisserie chicken Sandwich. Because they all don't cut the meat. The same way Subway, this was your Idea yet to stop us from being able to see the meets. That's part of the whole Subway process. Is to be able to see what we are doing. And you are taking that away So I will not be shopping at any of your other stores. That are doing the same thing You have ruined the experience. A being able to see and pick and choose. Yo, be a good place, but not anymore.

The app doesn’t work. Charges your card and acts like it’ll honor promo code then glitches out after it’s already taken your money and you won’t get the sandwiches. Hardworking husband didn’t get to eat lunch during his short break because they wouldn’t just honor the order they had already confirmed and charged me for on the app. Piss poor service and management

Ordered 2 sandwiches via website. Mostly correct except I couldn't detect any pepper jack cheese on mine, and it was barely toasted. Scant amounts of everything....exactly 5 tiny slices of black olives; 4 small spinach leaves; about a tablespoon of shredded lettuce; 3 tomato slices that were so thin they fell apart when I rearranged; no detectable cheese; and not enough grilled chicken to cover the bread. And why oh why do they put the meat down in the fold of the sandwich? Never again! Firehouse Subs puts Subway to shame!

It's a Subway, what more can I say? The new menu is good. They never fail me. It's consistent all over the country. The young man making sandwiches today was wishing he was maybe somewhere else but that happens to us all, right?
