I’ve never seen such lazy employees in my entire life. We waited for FIFTY MINUTES for our food and were the only people there! The employees hid so we couldn’t see them and even after complaining several times they did NOTHING! We were there at 8pm on 2/4/24 for whoever is reading this. Worst service I’ve ever seen in my entire life.

Caution Went here earlier today and ordered 2 Mexican pizzas, with in a few hours I'm very sick, stomach cramping and severe discomfort. Food had a little funny taste but didn't think much of it, clearly something was spoiled or really bad... definitely will not go back to this location...

Served chicken quesadilla portioned only to the center and very Lil. When asked, rudely explained this is how it will be.
We’ve gone by their drive through several mornings when their hours said they are open and there are cars outside and lights on but nobody answers at the box or window. The one time we got help it took 20 minutes for one meal and they were out of soda and Cinnabons. Definitely driving to the one way up the road from now on.

Service is going down and quality as well. There was plastic in my chalupa and chalupa seemed like it sat there for along time and they gave me someone’s that was returned. All the tables were dirty.

This is the slowest Taco Bell in existence I believe. Went tonight, three cars ahead of me in the drive through with one at the menu placing an order. Within 10 minutes they all left. Still waiting was the customer trying to place their order. We both waited another 5 minutes and nothing.They’re usually a little slower than most but tonight was not their night.

One of those times I wished there was a dislike button. AVOID this joint at any cost..We ordered an Iced Cinnabon Delight Coffee and was given piping hot black coffee in a paper cup. When inquired we were dismissively told that the ice melted and the recipe called for one pump of caramel that was also diluted.. No, it was PIPING HOT black coffee with NO hint of caramel or traces of ice! Even after showing them the picture on the website the staff refused to accept their mistake…Burritos were flattened, Fiesta Potato burnt with nothing more than a smidgen of the sauce and the TACOS itself was blah….
