I wasn't even at the store and still received incredible service. A waitress named Kimberly who normally works 3rd shift but was working a 2nd today was at the Arby's next door. I ordered my food and realized I did not have enough money and she stepped in and paid for my meal. Those waitress work so hard for the little amount of money they make and she helped me. Wow! I hope you will all go third shift and share the love and big tips with her! Thank you so much Kimberly. I hope your staff and bosses know what an incredible person they have working for them. I will be going on payday to repay her and tip her big time.

The waitress was very nice and courteous but the two teenage cooks were behind the counter talking and cussing very loudly while we waited on our to-go order and then dumped my grits onto my toast after we watched the waitress restock the bowls they have always used for
We go here every other week and the people are great. They remember regulars and are always pleasant.

Fred is an absolute treasure and must be protected at all costs. It was my family’s first time at a Waffle House and he made them not only feel welcomed but provided Waffle House hats and coffee beans to them. It absolutely made our entire day.
